This times a MILLION. Don’t be scared of cold emailing. It’s not spammy if it’s B2B and highly targeted. Do you want to grow a business? If yes…send cold emails. If no…watch as your competitors send them and grow much faster than you do.

There are so many things that can be built. Loads of features that can be added on top of that. You have to say NO a lot more than you say yes. I’m having to say no to myself a lot these days. It’s a good feeling. Stay focused.

Through everything…I had an idea years ago. I wanted to let out my creative side and create ad concepts for big brands. The idea was to design 3-5 and send them over…unsolicited. The ability to actually bring these concepts to life is possible with a simple prompt now.

People underestimate how rabid fans can be. I have notification bells on for my favourite YouTubers. Genuinely can’t wait to watch their next videos. You can’t buy that type of following. That’s aura. Entertain people…they’ll follow you and buy what you’re selling.

You want to build a SaaS but you don’t know what to create… I see a ton of people with this problem. If you’re in that position…I think you shouldn’t build anything. Just because you can code…it doesn’t make you an entrepreneur. After shipping…then you’ll complain about

Sometimes I reply to spam DMs and tell them how to adjust their messaging. I point out the mistakes, give them advice and send them on their way. That’s my good deed for the day. Heaven awaits me.

Cold emailing sounds simple Copy paste one message to 100 info@company dot com addresses daily…hit send…done! Reality… Your emails go to spam. Nobody important reads it…ever. Your domain’s reputation tanks and every future email goes straight to spam. Don’t do this.

Replit is magic. Sitting with a friend…he had an idea. I made the app within 20 mins. Took a few prompts to get it right. He looked at me like I’m a wizard. Hocus pocus.
