A warmer than I assumed, decently paced 5k into Monton, which led to picking up a bottle of gruner vertliner and bumping into the delightful JoJo . My feet must have known she'd be coming down the high street just after I'd be done. 😉

Once again, the 67/100 not really bearing resemblance to the timetable. I've been at Bridge Street for 10 mins and no sign of anything, but apparently the 67 should have been here. Fix this or change the timetable? 🤷‍♀️

Going back to it after a week off the PE. Phew! 🥵

What an incredible driver I had on the tube this morning TfL . District line, disembarking at Temple at 8.30 on the button, headed to Ealing Broadway. Our driver was a beautiful ray of positivity and gave me and everyone on the tube something to smile about 🫶

After a bit of time out due to (I kid you not) a ball of foot injury, its back. And reader, words I didn't think I'd utter when I was younger...I missed running. Monton coffee run: bank holiday edition. Now served with iced coffee.

And we are OFF! Happy to be heading down to London for Frenkel Topping Limited 's Deputy Day. Ahead of us, a fantastic pre-conference dinner at the stunning British Library tonight, followed by insights from an exciting panel lineup tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing lots of you there!

Early morning run whereby I shaved 41 secs off my Saturday pace, proving that about 16C is my peak run temperature...

On the road for the next couple of days where amongst other things I'll be meeting with some fab bookish lawyers in Brum today before going full sassy mode for Back Up Front Row Fashion in London tomorrow and then a little bit of Glam Rock for Frenkel Topping Charitable Foundation on Thursday 🤘
