What I’ve always wanted, an independent evaluation of the fabulous FACT family support project, we seen first hand benefits of this community support. It’s just great that the independent evaluation agreed with us CYPSP in N.Ireland Department of Health Education NI Claire Lynch Western Trust 👏

Trauma affects the physical body.
It results in the nervous system being hijacked by the felt sense of threat that it perceives is still happening.
The trauma distorts time because the body is stuck in the dysregulated state of the past, not free to fully inhabit the present🧠🌱

Amazing the amount of support we have been able to provide people in Derry / Strabane / Donegal. We are privileged to be able to do this with the support of funds raising by Danny Quigley donations from business, O'Neills sponsorship and support when we are fundraising
