i can’t continue to eat junk food(chips, chocolate. fast food..) and i’ve been snacked a lot. that’s why i am so fucking fat…. and i haven’t controlled myself these weeks, so it’s time.

since i’ve been taking xan again my thoughts have become calm again. i think much less and i sleep so much better, it feels good

my cat woke me up bc she scratched me ??? i think i put my head on her by surprise in my sleep, which made her scared.. i don’t know :( i’m so sorry i’m so dumb omg
