Starting next week the Patient Relations Team will be implementing their Ward Rounds. This will give patients the opportunity to access the service if they are unable to contact the team directly.

The Patient Relations Team are currently in the process of updating their Word 360 Interpreting posters and Wordskii on Wheels, WOW pads. This will allow staff to arrange either a video call, telephone call or face to face interpreter for patients!
