Granard Booktown Festival, which previously announced Aidan's participation as an interviewer for the April 19th event with musician John Murry, today released information that Aidan won't be attending the festival due to a scheduling conflict.

While the fate of the series "Kin" remains in great doubt - after the bankruptcy of the production company BRON, the project is left without a major sponsor, the series itself continues to move forward. Today it became known that S1 will be available on Netflix starting May 1.

Kin is available to watch on Netflix starting today. But only the first season and only in the UK and Ireland, where it is already available on RTE Player and BBC Player. There is no information about other countries.

Not Aidan news, but still. 20th Century Studios has launched a new The Maze Runner. The project is now in the very early stages of development. At the moment, the studio says that the movie won't be a reboot or a sequel, but will only include elements of the original story.

Aidan have joined Vicky Krieps and Colm Meaney in the cast of six-time Oscar nominee Jim Sheridan‘s upcoming true crime drama "Re-creation" - about the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. “Re-creation” will be ready for distribution by Q3 of this year.
