AICCU presented Senator Josh Newman with the Legislative Leadership Award at our Annual Meeting. As chair of the Senate Ed Committee, he made an effort to understanding the effects of legislation on California colleges. As a result, policies have been shaped to enhance student success.
AICCU presented Jamie Studley with the Lasting Legacy Award for her impact on the higher ed policy landscape and the higher ed community. As president of WASC Senior, she championed innovation and better data, including benchmarking metrics for all WSCUC-accredited institutions.
