Female 56 y/o. Stable angina;sudden death in 2019 during non-cardiac surgery, CDI implanted. Anomaly in the origin of the coronary arteries: no LMC,RCA arises from the RCS,LCX arises from the RCA and has a retroaortic course,LAD arises from the RCA with a trans-septal course.
