I have been speechless, difficult to accept that my friend & colleague Chidi Ofo Okenwa has passed away. This is tough for us as a board, he was an asset to Nigerian football. Committed & passionate about the game, this is a terrible blow, and football will miss him. RIP!

I'm heartbroken to receive the news of your demise. We have lost the Future Eagles head coach, Danladi Nasidi who died in the early hours of Wednesday and he has been buried. We have lost a committed coach and a good friend. May his soul rest.
