We just signed a term sheet on our first M&A deal. Excited to partner with an incredible team—and even more excited for what’s ahead. The next 12 months of revenue growth at Lumina are going to be exceptional. $100m of revenue full year 2026 is my goal.

Projects of this size are what we”ll be executing on in 6 months time with a fleet of lumina dozers. We’re on track to hit $44m of revenue this year.

We have circa $20k worth of electrical connectors on our vehicle. Lead times are nearly 3-4 months on them. This machine is gonna pot all of them with epoxy and remove the connectors entirely. It’s $100k, I bought it for $10k at auction(brand new).
