Team IISER Bhopal at the Inter IISER-NISER Chemistry Meet 2025! Wonderful visiting IISER Pune for the first time. Subhajit Roychowdhury IISER Bhopal

Organic chemistry courses were my favourite during college. Although I don't do much organic chemistry in my research, it is really fun to teach it because of it's pictorial nature and need for using simple models. Can you guess which reaction I was teaching here? Dept of Chemistry, IISER Bhopal

Very excited for our work now published in Small - onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/smโฆ Our work describes coacervate-lipid interactions where lipids membrane are able to regulate the size of condensates via electrostatic interactions. Advanced Portfolio News synbiopapers The Lipid Chronicles

The PhD applications for August cycle IISER Bhopal are currently ongoing. Although not exclusive, a candidate with a strong inclination for physical/biophysical chemistry will be highly preferred! This will help start some unique directions in our lab. sites.google.com/view/csb-laborโฆ

I too had this question in mind about how membranes interact with condensates. Really cool work Harsha harsha bajaj and team! Shared it with my group too.

As I conclude my first course (Organic Chemistry II) at IISER Bhopal Dept of Chemistry, IISER Bhopal, I want to thank my students for their kind gesture of appreciation! Thank you for asking great questions throughout the course. I did expand my understanding of organic chemistry by teaching you!

In case you missed our previous round of PhD interview for some reason, hereโs another opportunity to apply. Application Deadline: 14th June 2025 Interview Date: 03-04th July, 2025 Admission Portal Link: phdadmission.iiserb.ac.in Dept of Chemistry, IISER Bhopal IISER Bhopal

The Chemical Synthetic Biology Lab IISER Bhopal is growing! We had our first full group meeting and a hangout at CCD.

My great pleasure presenting at the Soft Matter Young Investigator Meeting held at a beautiful resort north of Shimla. Most of the results presented here were produced by my students IISER Bhopal. Made several new connections and plans for collabs. A big shoutout to organisers!
