#throwbackthursday Orange is often described as an energetic color. It depicts vibrancy. My prayer for you is that your faith has the same characteristics of the colour orange. Let your faith in Jesus be vibrant, energetic, and may it make you stand out from the crowd.

“ Rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulations, continuing steadfastly in prayer”. Romans 12:12 Are you going through a tough time, don’t let hope die, let the picture of your future put a smile on your face in the midst of that trial . Don’t stop praying. God answers prayers.

God answers prayers. That’s the message woven into every chapter of the Bible. That’s why “ Jesus taught the apostles to keep praying and never stop or lose hope” Luke 18:1 TPT. Don’t despair or lose hope. Partner with God to bring His plans to pass.

“ The Lord also will be a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble” Psalm 9:9. We pray for our brothers and sisters all around the world who are being persecuted for their faith. Oh Lord be a refuge for them we ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.

May 2023 be your best year yet. May your mouth be filled with laughter & your tongue with shouts of joy. Expect a re-alignment so you can say "the lines have fallen for me in pleasant places". The Lord will do great things for you & establish you in 2023 IJN. Amen.Happy new year.

One of the most encouraging scriptures in the Bible on prayer “ And we are confident that He hears us whenever we ask for anything that pleases Him. And since we know He hears us when we make our requests, we also know that He will give us what we ask for “ 1 John 5:14&15. WOW.

There is so much uncertainty and fear in our world. Let this scripture encourage you “ You’re my place of quiet retreat, and your wrap-around presence becomes my shield as I wrap myself in your word” Psalm 119:114. God give us a passion for your word and the grace to seek you.

The moment the Church ceased being a movement and became an institution, it lost its edge. The institutionalisation of the Church stifled the move of the Spirit of God. If we really want to see a revival in the nations , the stranglehold of institutions will have to be broken.

If a church is anything it should be a place of prayer. Interesting how we have majored in so many other things. Didn’t Jesus say “ my house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations “. If we pray for His will to be done, He will answer. #prayerworks.

The Church is weakened when it adopts to borrow a phrase from Spurgeon “ popular lies” in place of “ offensive truths”. The message of the cross was never designed to be popular. It however has built into it the power of God. Preached by the Spirit of God it is life changing.
