Minister Tshawuka joins partners for #UNCCD Day at Sigcaweni under the theme “Restore Land, Unlock Opportunities.” The community was applauded for restoring degraded land & a tree planting exercise marked our shared commitment to land restoration and climate resilience.

Prime Minister Russell Mmiso Dlamini has today toured Foot and Mouth checkpoints in the Shiselweni region. The Prime Minister has also announced that the first consignment of Foot and Mouth vaccines is expected to arrive in the country tomorrow.

PM: “Just as we succesfully contained this disease in the past, we are confident that we will overcome it again. I call on all citizens to cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture & NDMA by following their guidance on preventing further spread."
