We had a fantastic “Max Planck goes to School” event today! Nele Wolter spoke with secondary school pupils about #Flucht & #Migration. She shared insights from her research & answered questions about her daily work. The kids were so curious & engaged, it was a delight! #MPIGö

Inspired by rich conversations reflecting on the field of ageing and migration studies, reconnecting with dear colleagues and celebrating seven years of Ageing in a Time of Mobility MPI MMG Göttingen 🎉🥂🙏🏽

Thank you Laura Haapio-Kirk for these wonderful reflections on our workshop and our conversations on graphic ethnography & accessible knowledge!

We are very proud of Ageing in a Time of Mobility MPI MMG Göttingen writing fellow Maike Isaac for passing her PhD with distinction at McGill University! Her brilliant dissertation is on ‘refugee men’ as eldercare workers in Germany 🎓🌟🍾

It is sad to say goodbye to MPI MMG Göttingen, which has been wonderful and intellectually inspiring host for our research! Watch this space for a final post as we wrap up our work!

What an amazing team! It was a pleasure being part of the Ageing in a Time of Mobility group and working alongside such kind, intelligent and inspiring scholars. Thank you all for the last 2,5 years!
