One year ago Hamas terrorists killed and tortured defenceless Israelis. Women raped, children tortured, families murdered. Since this barbaric attack we’ve witnessed horrendous anti-Semitism. Today, as always, I stand with my Jewish friends. Never again. Bring them home.

They checked if the invitation got lost in a spam filter?! As someone who worked for the last Mayor this is not remotely how these things happen. It’s absolute crap. If she and her team wanted her to stand with the Jewish community she would have been there. Full stop.

I mean no. You have a team to run council & a team to run comms. We were fully capable of having the Mayor attend major public events while council took place. This was a choice. A political choice. You don’t get busy & forget the greatest loss of Jewish life since the Holocaust.

Yes. Because the government has done such a bang up job building affordable housing to date. Sell it to developers. At least they know how to build.
