This is how corrupt individuals corrupt. Public education is open everyone. No child is turned away regardless of ability. We teach children how to think for themselves, how to question the info they are reading. Trump's threat of defunding schools is petty and criminal.

Regardless of your political affiliation, closing the Dept. of Ed. to privatize education is a set up for an educational caste system. Education should be the great equalizer, giving all children a chance to receive a quality education, not just the ones who can afford it.
