Our crew and @AFRSBath attended a medical emergency this afternoon where we made use of our additional PPE provided to us to deal with any potential Covid-19 situations. The casualty was handed over to the South Western Ambulance Service paramedics on scene. #AvonFire #OneTeam #COVID19

Our crew was training down Midsomer Norton's Pit Path for our drill night last week. We practiced use of our Safe Working at Height equipment - specifically life lining down a slight gradient to practice our ability to access casualties! 🚒

Crews from Paulton Fire Station have returned from extinguishing a bonfire that had petrol poured on it resulting in a casualty with burns. If you must have a bonfire please don’t be tempted to put an accelerant on it.

Crews have returned from a large bonfire in Midsomer Norton. Extinguished using a High Pressure Hose Reel Jet. Working with South Western Ambulance Service and an air ambulance crew to administer first aid.
