Racial trauma isn’t always loud. It’s the sleepless nights, the tension in white spaces, the numbness you can’t explain. You’re not overreacting — you’re responding to trauma. Know the signs. Name them. Healing starts there. #RacialTrauma #MentalHealthAwareness #HealingTogether

Why are Black communities in the UK more likely to face poverty & unemployment? Because racism isn’t just individual — it’s systemic. From biased hiring to historic redlining, the odds were never even. It’s time to challenge inequality, not just talk about it. #afridachq

Why does one side of town thrive while the other struggles? That’s not by chance — it’s economic inequality. 📉 Poor school funding 🚫 Limited job access 🏚️ Overcrowded housing Start noticing the gaps. Ask why they exist. Awareness is the first step to change. #afridachq
