You cannot wish for both strong character and an easy life. The price of each is the other.

Your body is capable of being morphed into whatever formed life forces it to take. You can survive much more than you think you can, and will adapt to nearly any pressure thrown your way. Literally; what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

People underestimate how quickly their health can deteriorate. Each day you get to experience life in a healthy body is already a blessing.
