Too often, mental health stigma can stop people from having open conversations. Your attitude to mental health could change someone’s life.

Wonderful gang of Time to Change Champions who are the core dynamo of an incredible social movement. These people shared their lived experience and built the foundations for business leaders, politicians and members of the Royal Family to openly speak about their mental illness.

I'm feeling so many emotions about Time to Change coming to an end next March. Thinking of all the amazing people who shaped and led the movement for change through their #livedexperience & courage. I'm proud to have been a small part of it. The funding may end, the passion won't!

For those struggling with their mental health, Christmas can sometimes come with added pressure or anxiety. If someone you know needs extra support, try really listening to their concerns and let them know it's ok to say no.

2 days to go! A small conversation on #TimeToTalk Day could make a big impact on someone struggling with their mental health. Our Time to Change Champions and Veterans from Forgotten Veterans UK will be sharing how small conversations have made a difference to them on Thursday!

.Time to Change we know how important it is that we influence the environment within which we're encouraging conversation to take place, that's why we work with thousands of pledged employers, schools, hubs and communities to change the way we all think and act about mental health
