Yesterday was the England Lacrosse BUCS 6s Championships held NTU Sport Today lacrosse 6s has been included in the 2028 Olympic Games. Perhaps one or two of those who played will represent GB in LA.

Toy cameras ... really?! Not sure they are worth the effort, and wasted money.

What a night! The Aurora Borealis seen over Normanton Church, Rutland Water, this evening. Cameras are crazy good at recording such low levels of light and colour. Just occasionally you could see colour with your eyes, but the camera records such detail. #Rutland #aurora

New studio taking shape. Needs a few finishing touches to make it super flexible and the added advantage of having some interesting natural light, which could offer an extra dimension.

25 very lucky swimmers had the best part of the day this evening at Racehub. The skies changed almost every minute. Dark threatening clouds were pierced by shafts of warm sunlight. The lake becalmed, virtually breathless, with just the patter and slap of hands entering the water
