When scripture says “love is the fulfillment of the law”, it means that if we truly love the Father and others, we naturally follow the Ten Commandments. So, love completes the law. The Ten Commandments were not cancelled but are fulfilled when we live in love.

In the New Testament of the Bible, the Messiah affirmed the continuing validity of the ten Commandments, but He also expanded upon them, emphasizing love for the Father and for our fellow human beings as the greatest commandments. The ten commandments were not done away with.

Many say we are no longer under the law but under grace but what if I told you we are under grace and under the law as the 10 commandments still apply to us today?
