The strangest things we find inside pipe organs! I was out key holding for my organ tuner friend yesterday and we found this hiding amongst the pedal pipes!

Out tuning again today and came across what someone has had to do to fix a cypher! They had to act fast and I guess they used the most immediate things available to shut off the wind! Look carefully. This is a genuine pic!

Just been to a fantastic organ recital at Howden Minster given by the amazingly talented Anita Datta . Excellent music on an equally excellent organ. Good to have Anita back on home soil. Hope to hear her again soon.

Went to a fantastic organ recital today at Hull City Hall given by the amazing Ben Morris. Ben Morris We heard all the colours of the City Hall organ in a spectacular program of music .

Just watched the amazing service of nine lessons and carols from York Minster. Ben Morris on the organ and Robert Sharpe leading the outstanding Minster choir. A must to see on YouTube. Well done everyone!

Went to a fantastic organ showcase recital today at Hull City Hall given by the amazing Anita Datta. Her varied programme of music showed off the vast colour palette of the stunning Forster and Andrews/Compton organ. A top class performer on perhaps the best concert organ in UK

Just been to an excellent organ recital at Mill Hill chapel Leeds given by Phillip Sangwine, MD Old Malton Priory. A well balanced and presented programme which showed off the many colours of the Norman and Beard organ.
