When I heard Wayne Rooney on wed nite say that sports sci says striker can't practice technical skills at end of training (for "load" no doubt 🤦) I just 😩 1. Likely a young, inexperienced sports sci who doesn't understand high perf. 2. Why did the coach(es) even entertain it?
