Just an update on where I'm at health wise. I've seen my GP this morning results from a recent CT scan have revealed 3 fractured ribs on top of the collarbone break. Getting an MRI now to determine if there are any tares in the rotator cuff also if the shoulder blade is damaged.

Why do things take so long to happen! This disease is a race against time it shouldn't be so hard. Help my son and other kids before its too late. It needs to be globally available. #duchennemusculardystrophy linkedin.com/posts/adrian-lโ€ฆ

Veteran jockey Adrian Layt ๐Ÿ‡ has lent his support to The Race Against Suicide at KG this Saturday & he wants you to get behind it too. He knows the pain of losing a loved one to suicide and will be honouring his brother with the Jamie Layt Memorial Handicap on the day.

The motivation for The Race Against Suicide is serious but the event wasnโ€™t sombre. Our aim was to create an uplifting & welcoming atmosphere while raising funds to reduce the impact of suicide. There were sad moments but the day was defined by optimism & a sense of community.

Good times and great community spirit! We are overjoyed at the way the Illawarra embraced The Race Against Suicide and made it a huge success. Take a look at some of the highlights ๐Ÿ‡

Injury kept Adrian Layt ๐Ÿ‡ on the sidelines since January but he has worked hard to return to the saddle & today he rode in his first trials. He won three in testing conditions, all for Kembla Grange trainer Kerry Parker. We look forward to seeing Adrian at the races again soon!
