Drones! We are seeing more use of drones on projects for various reasons (with some construction contracts now containing requirements in relation to them). Join the Mills Selig team and CEF for an overview of the relevant legalities. ⬇️⬇️

A topic on which we are advising on a daily basis. Developers, contractors, subbies & consultants are all challenged by this issue. The answer is to dig out the contract, see what it says, and then work forward from there (preferably WITH your counter-party rather than against!).

Made it out from behind the laptop today to visit the brilliant St Gemma’s development by Clanmil Housing in Ardoyne. Brilliant job by Kerr Properties (no relation!) & their team. Stunning views from the bright, spacious apartments. Great example of social housing done well. 👏🏻👏🏻

Is everyone else refusing to turn on their heating until October, or is it just me? Feels like my own personal battle against the elements at this stage. I might push through to 15 October. So if you see me on Teams like this, then you know the craic.
