Mangroves are vital for people & the planet. This Food and Agriculture Organization study on the state of mangroves shows some progress towards halting their loss, but much still needs to be done. I value meat and believe in sustainable livestock,but no deforesting one of the most biodiverse ecosystems. Better alternatives should be explored, and creative incentives must be introduced to support Amazonian communities and producers, ensuring sustainability. FAO Forestry
