Congratulations Mayo Clinic Department of Anesthesiology RAAPM fellow Rachel Douglas, DO 👏 excellent work on superficial vs deep parasternal intercostal plane blocks 🔑 parasternal spread greater/more consistent with DPIP 🔑 IMA within mm with DPIP 😱 🔑 recommend DPIP be considered an advanced block
