The Congaree at Columbia is now forecast to reach Major flood stage late tonight & crest at 31.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon. This crest is near the 2015 value of 31.8 feet. Interests near the river need to take necessary actions including along the Broad river. #Helene #scwx

Over 1,000 off-system crews supporting 2,500 SC Dominion employees. Current outages are at 141,000, including 11,357 in the City. 53 crews working here so expect good progress today. Shelters are open at Greenview Park & Jim Owens Airport, & local businesses are ready to assist
