One of the most helpful things I've learned about ADHD is that procrastination is a separate thing from executive dysfunction stopping you from starting. And that sometimes procrastination and executive dysfunction can happen at the same time!!!

The best thing about being in a conversation with other ADHDers is that you can all excitedly talk over one another and interrupt and nobody cares, and the conversation still somehow flows. The joy of not having to police yourself to not interrupt is immense.

The worst part about being an ADHD designer is when devs I work with ask me to come up with a design for X feature, and then I do, only to realise I'd already designed it and included in the handover briefing, but the devs just ignored it and didn't implement it.

How many tasks are you trying to get done per day? I often see productivity advice for neurotypicals to try to only task-switch 3-5 times per day to preserve mental energy, and for ADHDers we should be aiming for even less, when possible.
