🐸 “Eat the frog first” is mostly terrible advice for #ADHD. 🥱 Burning our dopamine reserves on a hard task leaves us spent for the rest of the morning/day. 🏋️ One exception: if the 'frog' is exercise, it actually BOOSTS dopamine levels, giving you MORE motivation.

Weird trick that works for me... #ADHD brains love a challenge, right? So if you want to lose 12kg, aim for 18kg. Want to run a 5k? Sign up for a 10k. Just bold enough to be tough but still achievable. I don't know why, but this motivates me more than a 'normal' goal.
