Yesterday, i concluded my district-wide Town Hall Meeting, Mega Empowerment Program, and Thank You Tour across Senatorial District with a grand finale held in llaro, Yewa South LGA engaging thousands of constituents, traditional rulers, community leaders, and youth groups.

On Saturday, I and other well intentioned political office holders and Nigerians joined our leader and President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the commissioning of the completed 30 kilometer portion of the legacy Lagos- Calabar Coastal Expressway.

Today, the “2024 Appropriation Act(Amendment) Bill, 2025(SB. 854) expeditiously went through 1st, 2nd, 3rd and passed to extend the Capital Component of 2024 Appropriation Act till December 2025.

Yesterday, I received an Ogun West brother and daughter in the Senate in the person of Mr. Rotimi Adebari, former first and only black Mayor of Ireland, and Temi, his daughter. He came in from Ireland to show support for my development activities in Ogun West and beyond.

Today, I joined eminent sons and daughters of Ogun, dignitaries across the nation at the funeral of the deceased Oba DR. Sikiru Kayode Adetona GCON, Awujale of ljebuland, who joined his ancestors. Indeed, Awujale is an enigmatic monarch, and even in death he continues to be.

Earlier today, I joined Mr. President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR and a cross section of top govt and private sector functionaries to accord late former Pres Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, a state burial in his home town, Daura, Katsina state. May the Soul of the late former president rest in peace.
