Summit VE with successful ablation in the distal coronary sinus. Used Optrell for mapping, but it was the ablation catheter, advanced deep into the CS that gave us the answer.

Macro re-entrant right atrial tachycardia mapped with Octaray & Carto 8. Interesting circuit located just above the IVC. Adem Koç

Focal left atrial tachycardia terminated by a single 90W burn (4s) using QDOT. Immensely satisfying!
