Turned 29 today. Here I am being underqualified doing a sound workshop for photography students at the University of Fine Arts in Bratislava this month. Grateful I can be a part of local things, learn together with others, meet amazing people ❤️

Hello can anybody give me some advice and help me stop frantically googling my symptoms. I have been working im a project which required daily 3-4hrs vocal improv for 3 weeks and now my throat feels swollen, no pain just strain. When I’m not stressed it goes away completely.
