I had a curious elven girl come to me for directions. I pointed them to her, but like a memory so easily gone, she asked again. I pointed her the directions again, and she was finally on her way. After a minute, she was back once more. Road's gonna be tough for this adventurer.

A lot of my visitors yearn to see what they are beyond mirrors, to see themselves through the eyes of the world. For Ms. Lucienne, it was a reminder of who she really is and where she came from before leaving the studio and shifting back to her temporary form again.

I had two sisters for portraiture today with the eldest being only dragged along. Vihaan wasn’t really into posing for paintings, but the weight of being a big sister teaches her to do anything for her younger sister, be it taking the frontlines or simply posing alongside her.

Alongside Vihaan was the enchanting Ms. Vesper, who posed with elegance and prestige. She was a natural! I did notice, however, that throughout the session, she sometimes had her gaze onto somewhere else that’s empty, as if seeing something that we don’t....

As we were nearing dark days, much planning and preparation was made. Amongst a room of councillors was a stout little man who spoke little, but when he did, we all listened. He announces that more help will soon arrive, a troop of sharpshooters led by his best friend, Lee Gandi.

Among the many innovations that Waterdeep has, this one I had never seen before. We both were dealing in a negotiation where I blew my mind off thinking if I must treat this man, uh...being, as if he were a homunculus or with reason as if he were truly conscious. Crazy times!

It’s always hard to split the party as you never want to be absent when your friends need you most. My longtime travelling companion and champion of the Raven Queen now treads alone, but I'm at ease knowing she is escorted by a valiant swordswoman whom the queen herself has sent.

A frightening little guy, yet civilised in manner, awaited my studio’s doorstep everyday enquiring about portraiture. Even in my absence, he asked anyone around. I was fascinated enough to let him in and paint him. Throughout the session, he posed quietly like a behaved youngin.

It’s written in many stories, the hero rescuing the maiden. This time in Barovia, a maiden had been protected from the rest of the world. Soon, she was saved by a band of heroes. One of them, Steve, suddenly had someone to fight for, and the lady suddenly had someone to care for.

Just bought bigger bottles, larger paints, and taller canvases. I also have a much grander announcement! So excited for next week!
