19 days clean and sober of all my areas of acting out. Felt ill yesterday and cancelled work for yesterday and today. I just have a Statistics exam to go in for at noon. Otherwise I’m not pushing myself. This is rare for me.

Today marks the 8th anniversary of my 18 year old son taking his life after a 1 day relapse on Heroin. He struggled with bipolar disorder & because of his history of drug use, couldn't find a psychiatrist who would take him seriously. We started the CAAR because it is serious RIP
