Diversity often translates into the best asset of a company. When you put multicultural POVs in the same room, their unique sensibility is bound to approach and tackle anything in a creative, out-of-the-box way. If we want to get representation way, we need to #AddCulture.

Talking about intersectionality, being BIPOC and being LGBTQ+ is not exclusionary, and being caught in the middle of this intersection can make it harder for some to truly shine and achieve success. Let's give them the seat that they rightfully deserve at the table. #AddCulture

We talk often about the lack of diversity in the ad world, but the same is true for Graphic Design. According to a 2019 survey, 36% of Designers identify as Asian, 8% as Latinx or Hispanic, 5% as multiracial, 3% as Black, and less than 1% as Native American.

Why does BIPOC talent need to push ten times harder than others just to be noticed? We already got the foot on the door and we ain't. backing. down. Our voices ARE going to be heard. #AddCulture

We’re bombarded with as many as 5,000 ads per day, which is a 900% increase from the 1970s according to Pittnews. The question is: how do we filter which ads to consume and trust, and which ones do we think are ok? It's tricky, huh? Good thing is that we got you covered.

'When I See Black' by #Adobe was definitely a moment in 2020. The campaign was a dedication to the spectrum of the Black experience told through the eyes and voices of Black creators, set to Gregory Porter’s track 'Revival'. It featured artwork from 12 BIPOC artists. #AddCulture

Our country is more diverse than ever. But why don't ads reflect the people and communities that are actually buying brands' products? Representation matters. Visibility changes things. Ads need to reflect what's real.
