Another interesting paper today - congrats to Garnett Lab - this target came out of a gwCRISPR screen in MSI cell lines. No one expected it so it is great to see a small molecule inhibitor have an effect, particularly in IO resistant lines!
In case no one has realised our very own Professor Alex Richter is Megan’s mum (and my colleague!) Amazing victory and I heard her interview where she gave a shout out to University of Birmingham Sport !

Thanks to Matt Loose for developing ROBIN, now we University Hospitals Birmingham and College of Medicine and Health (UoB) seems to have rapid brain tumour sequencing working "in the wild" on our P2 Solo + Grid... was easy to get up and running and will report back when we have a full report - but looks good.
I distinctly remember when I moved to Leamington in 2012 an Chiltern Railways Anytime Day Return cost £88 and the quickest train took 1hr 3. Now it’s nearly double and 22 mins slower… what has happened?!
