Just heard from someone that I trust with this kinda stuff and he says that Jordan Ott is going to be the next Head Coach of the Phoenix Suns. Ott really impressed Ishbia with his interview, and he will be announced as the choice later today.

You can’t ignore the Michigan connection regime that Ishbia seems to be implementing, and it’s completely valid to not like the hire for that reason. But he doesn’t deserve to be criticised as a coach, he’s rightfully earned his spot as an NBA Head Coach, and I’m fully behind him

The theme of the City uniforms for next season clearly is re-coloured versions of old city jerseys, so the question is…which colour?

Excited to welcome Jordan Ott as our new head coach of the Phoenix Suns! Jordan is a young and hungry coach with a relentless work ethic. His leadership and knowledge of the game will make a big impact here in Phoenix as we continue to build our organization together.

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that all of the Suns fans that have ridiculous expectations about the return for KD are inevitably going to say we got fleeced when we trade him for a decent package.

My litmus test for every Suns fan is this question: Was the KD trade a mistake? Their answer tells me all I need to know. So, let’s put it to the test:

My answer is No. The trade itself was and will never be a mistake, I do that trade a million times out of a million. The subsequent trades is what fucked this franchise up, no question.

The Spurs will have Fox, Castle, Wembanyama, Harper (No. 2 pick) and 12 future 1st round picks. If the Suns don’t demand all of them in a KD trade then it’s pure dereliction by Gregory and Ishbia. If not all of them, no deal.
