Today has been a very NASCAR 24 hours. - I spent the day commentating on NASCAR Euro Series. - At dinner, I watched NASCAR Canada , and watched the All-Star Open shortly thereafter. - Now, I’m watching the All-Star race as I wind down. Not a bad day!

I laughed, then I stepped back. Almost unconsciously, I nodded approvingly. Respect to whomever did this! 😅

Watching the Spanish Grand Prix, it’s kind of crazy to think that I drove the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya less than three months ago. I may have been in a Peugeot 208, but still, a distinct privilege to have done my first lap in a car at such a venue.

Someone mentioned a “Rolled River of Beef” to me earlier on over the phone, and it’s been haunting my thoughts for several hours. He said “Rolled Rib of Beef”. I need to get my hearing checked.

While I don’t have any cool trackside pictures to show for it, I have been doing plenty of remote commentary lately! EuroNASCAR is on the cards for this weekend, following on from recent work with FIM Supermoto, Iberian Supercars and Ferrari Challenge Japan.

They came close last year, and I had the stat ready to go! Excited to see how sorted the Cadillac is looking, and the Le Mans field looks compelling all fronts! I likely won’t try and last the full race this year, but I will certainly be tuning in with interest!
