It’s a small change but I belief the neutral stall call should dictate a restart. Action in the center (furthest from OOB) and athletes back in close proximity to each other.

1. You should never be allowed to “run”. Anything that takes fight phase should be an immediate stall and whistle to restart in the center. If you have no warning, that could maybe buy you 3-4 seconds.

Christian Pyles I have nothing but respect for Daton, we have been wrestling against each other since we were little. He is a true competitor and I am honored that my last college match was against him. We both put our all into that match.
