The Grenfell Inquiry report calls out manufacturers like Arconic, Kingspan, and Celotex for manipulating test data and deceiving people about the safety of their products. It is so similar to the deception of asbestos manufacturers, like Cape, still killing people every year.

The Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase Two report was published this week and I was asked for comments by the media on the issues highlighted in the report and regarding the recent high rise fire in Slough attended by Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service crews.
