Today I met @dianamondino to agree a new chapter on South Atlantic cooperation which benefits the Falkland Islanders, the UK and Argentina. Our sovereignty position is unchanged, but there is much we can work on together.

Grateful to David Lammy for his commitment to the Falklands through this new UK-Argentina cooperation agreement. MLA Ford highlighted “We’ve been involved throughout the negotiation”, and noted the economic value of the São Paulo–Mount Pleasant flight for the Islands.
