Listen, if the Heat can move off of Tyler/Terry/Duncan and get draft capital back in return, I'm all for signing DeMar. The Heat are clearly desperate and feel the panic, which is never good, but they also know there is no way they can start next season with this roster intact.

I think the biggest positive out of hearing that the Heat have interest in DeMar is that they aren't just sitting on their hands. Even if they don't acquire him, we now know they're itching to switch things up.

Honestly, at this point, I'm only really excited to see Kel'el Ware, Nikola Jovic, Jaime Jaquez, Pelle Larsson, & Bam Adebayo next season. Especially if Kel'el Ware is able to start next to Bam as early as November 👀
