Very happy and relieved to report that Cathy has had successful cataract surgery at St. Martha’s. She’s now enjoying a well-deserved and much-needed nap. 🙂

I believe someone is very happy to see Cathy come home after her cataract surgery. 🙂

Back at it for CBC Nova Scotia today. I am coming up to my one-year anniversary at Cape Breton’s wing of the Mother Corp. I am still grateful for every opportunity I get to contribute content to the Corp and tell the stories of the Strait Area. Looking forward to today’s adventures.

I had spent much of my prayer time today asking God to ensure that there is no violence, injury or death at Trump’s military parade or the “No Kings” protests taking place across America today. I did not know that this horrific act of violence had already happened. 😕😕😕

I spent two hours at the piano this afternoon, singing songs that I’ve never tried to sing before even though I’ve known some of them for decades. I haven’t tried something like this for a long time and it felt amazing. More details coming soon. 🙂
