A month ago, Border Patrol's Tucson (AZ) and San Diego (CA) sectors were about equal in migrant apprehensions.

Since then, Tucson is up 20% and San Diego is up 50%.

Of the Biden administration's 39 full months, April would be the 4th-lightest month for migration at the U.S.-Mexico border.

This springtime reduction in migration is very unusual.
