Day 2 of the SCAC Track & Field Championships is here! Aimee Landers-Wilburn will start us off in the 5000m at 8:30am! #RoosForEver

The women’s 5000m is off!

Aimee gave it all she had and now holds the SCHOOL RECORD in the 5000m with an unofficial time of 19:14!!

Men’s 5000m begins in 5 minutes!

Johnny and Andrew ran a very competitive 5000m. Johnny closed his last mile in 4:57 to finish 4th place, less than 1 second from a medal!

Chris and Christan place 4th and 6th respectively in the 1500m! #RoosForever

The last event for AC 'Roos XC/Track was the 800m. Andrew Cutting had a 9 second PERSONAL RECORD in Heat 1! Gabe Graf, the last runner to ever represent the ‘Roo Track team broke the SCHOOL RECORD placing 6th in 2:01.91 putting more points on the board!

Fun fact: The men’s team placed 5th out of 9 teams with a roster of six! #GoRoos #RoosForever
