Congratulations to our newest faculty member, Dr. Pengfei Zhou (P.F.) for receiving the test of time award ACM SenSys for his work “IODetector: A Generic Service for Indoor Outdoor Detection”. You can read the paper here www4.comp.polyu.edu.hk/~csyqzheng/pap… @SciPitt University of Pittsburgh

Really enjoyed the test-of-time award talks given by Prabal Dutta and Omprakash Gnawali as part of ACM SenSys. A couple of the common aspects: Collaborative groups, working over extended periods, solving problems without over being overly fixated on paper outcomes. Talks were recorded....

Thrilled to have presented my internship work ACM SenSys this week. In this work, we show how to make batteryless systems intelligent and inference capable via encoded Tsetlin Machines. Thanks Tousif Rahman Alessandro Montanari Fahim Kawsar Rishad Shafik for your support and innovative ideas

What a wonderful journey it has been! Dreamed about this ACM SenSys 2018 and presented 4 years later ACM SenSys 2022. Took 1.5 years to design, with novel contributions from Rishabh, Saad Ahmed, J. Huang, Jasper de Winkel, Bashima Islam, Kasım Sinan Yıldırım, Przemyslaw Pawlowski and Josiah Hester

Congratulations to Ramesh Govindan and co-authors for receiving a Test of Time Award for their 2004 paper ACM SenSys! USC Research and Innovation USC Viterbi School #sensors

Congratulations to Kyle Jamieson and his co-authors on winning a Test of Time Award ACM SenSys! 🎉 SenSys Test of Time awards recognize papers published at least 10 years ago that have had a lasting impact on networked embedded sensing system science and engineering.

I will be presenting Jawthenticate: Microphone-free Speech-based Authentication using Jaw Motion and Facial Vibrations at ACM SenSys in Turkey today. This is joint work with my amazing collaborates Shijia Pan, VP Nguyen, and shubham jain.

ACM SenSys Shijia Pan VP Nguyen shubham jain We show how you can perform speech authentication without any sound or microphone! Drop by if you are around.

Great talk Young D. Kwon -- continual learning on your phone 😎 ACM SenSys; work w/ Hong Jia, Stylianos I. Venieris, Jagmohan Chauhan, Cecilia Mascolo🇪🇺🇬🇧

Just did 3 conferences in 3 countries under 7 days. Presented our paper LMs for energy forecasting at ACM SenSys ACM BuildSys Istanbul last Wed, visiting PRICAI 23 in Jakarta representing UNSW AI Institute Thu-Sat, gave an invited keynote at APCC 2023 in Sydney yesterday. Jetlag mode on!
