Excellent example CU Pediatric Radiology. While subtle deformity is often present at the classic location on the AP view (as in this case), the real key is the focal irregularity or convexity at the normally smooth concave unossified tibial tuberosity on the lateral view. #pedsrad

Day 2 of #RSNA22 isolation in Chicago…I’m starting to see details of the hotel room I would not have normally noticed…what is this, and for what emergency was it intended? I’m guessing it once held a fire extinguisher, but could we repurpose it? Suggestions are welcome.

During this morning’s outstanding Best Head and Neck Cases session at #RSNA22, the interlude music did not stop playing once outstanding educator William T. O'Brien, DO 🧠🩻 started his lecture (at least in virtual world)…I was really disappointed that Bill didn’t start dancing.
