My evergreen advice for a happy match day: I wrote down a list of reasons I’d be thrilled to go for every program I ranked and put them in sealed envelopes. That way on match day, no matter where I matched, I had an envelope to open with reasons to feel excited. #match2025

Thankful for my program and now the joint leadership with Wake Forest and Carolinas. All for making EM training more rigorous, but only if done logically and using evidence.
